Boots and Hearts have brought country music to Canadian soil like no other festival. This year’s three-day celebration in Bowmanville, Ontario from August 1st to 4th welcomed Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, The Band Perry along with 30 000 fans who helped bring this festival to its enormous success.

What makes this event so unique is the opportunity to camp on location for the weekend and truly consume the experience. With five 53ft tractor trailers of equipment, 30 crew members and eight days on site. That includes 7 truss structures (2 entrance structures, 1 large signage structure and 4 Field Lighting structures), backstage and VIP tent lighting, 22 50” video delay monitors for the VIP cabana tents, VIP premium tent, backstage and front porch. Also, 200 stage decks were used for the VIP riser in front of the mainstage, angled thrust stages for VIPs, mainstage stageline SL250 with a full 16ft side stage wings and 16ft deep backstage deck joined to the wings, LUG tent and the corona stage.

“Congratulations to Stan Dunford, Shannon McNevin, Republic Live and their team for putting on another world class event and bringing Canada into the international spotlight. We enjoyed being a part of it.” says Bob Spencer President of Metalworks Production Group.

Make sure you save next year’s date July 31st to August 3rd, 2014.
