Magna Hoedown

Magna Hoedown | September 12th-13th, 2014

We recently supplied production for Magna International Inc.’s annual Magna Hoedown at the “Magna Corral” in Aurora, Ontario. The weekend kicked off with an Ontario-wide talent search and show opener Tim Hicks followed by a wide variety of entertainment including performances by Beverly Mahood and Lonestar.

This event was open to the public and all proceeds raised by 5,000 ticket sales, silent auction and other initiatives were donated to local charities and community groups. We have been a Magna Hoedown production partner for over 10 years and are honoured to be included again this year for such a wonderful, family friendly, community event.

This year, we supplied a custom lighting rig with festoon décor lighting and octostrip chandeliers along with stage drape, video projectors, line array and ground supported audio. The event was well organized and went off without a hitch raising $463,000!
